Turn the cases you help with into a CPD record
Talking through a case with other advisers is learning. CaseHelp keeps a log of it for you, so you are not trying to remember what you did at the end of the year.
What goes in your log
Every case you answer for another adviser goes into your log. So does each of your own cases that other advisers helped with. Each entry shows the date, the product type, the case and what happened, such as picked as best answer.
You set the time you spent and add a few words on what you learned and how you will use it. That reflection is what turns an activity into a useful CPD record.
